Pool & Plunge is a Sydney-based pool, ice bath and cold plunge specialist. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, store and disclose personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

When you contact us, submit an enquiry, or use the pool compliance check tool, we may collect:

- Details about your pool, ice bath or plunge setup

We do not collect sensitive information (as defined in the Privacy Act) through this website.

We do not sell your information. We do not send marketing emails unless you've specifically asked us to.
Who we share information with
We may share information with trusted trades we partner with (such as licensed electricians or refrigeration mechanics) where their involvement is necessary to complete a job you've engaged us for. We may also share information with service providers that host our form infrastructure (currently Formspree) for the purpose of receiving enquiries.
We will not otherwise disclose your personal information without your consent, unless required by law.

Enquiry data is stored in our email and business systems, which are protected by standard password and account security. We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.

Cookies and analytics
This website uses minimal cookies. We do not currently run third-party advertising or tracking pixels. Standard web server logs may record IP addresses and browser information for security and troubleshooting purposes.
