Can my Odin still be repaired without manufacturer support?

In most cases, yes. Odin units share standard ice bath componentry. Plumbing, electrical, filtration and water management can all be serviced by qualified trades, and chiller and compressor work is handled by specialist refrigeration mechanics.

What ice bath brands do you service?

All brands. We service residential and commercial ice baths regardless of manufacturer, with specific experience supporting Odin owners following the brand's closure.

Do you handle chiller repairs?

Yes. Diagnostics and minor chiller work are handled in-house. Internal compressor and refrigeration work is engaged through specialist refrigeration mechanics we sub in.

What about warranty?

Odin warranty cover is no longer available. We provide our own workmanship warranty on repairs and replacement work we perform.

How long will my Odin keep running?

With proper servicing and water management, most Odin units have years of life left. Filter changes, water chemistry and occasional component replacement carry the unit well past Odin's closure.

If my ice bath is beyond repair, what next?

We assess economic repair against replacement and provide options. If replacement is the right call, we manage the full install, removal, plumbing, electrical and commissioning of a new unit.
